Established the foundation of quality and integrity that defines Halker Drywall today. Dave led the field while Vicky managed the business operations.

Job Halker

Oversees all estimating and project management, ensuring accurate bids and smooth project execution from start to finish.

Jeb Halker & Bill Ellerbrock

Manage day-to-day work site operations and scheduling. Jeb leads plastering/finishing, while Bill leads the carpentry division.

Kirby Halker

Handles payroll, taxes, union fringe benefits, and specializes in field fire & smoke wall installations.

Dave & Vicky Halker start Halker Drywall with a focus on Metal Studs, Drywall, and Acoustical Ceilings. Dave handles bidding and field work with a small crew, while Vicky manages payroll and taxes.

Job and Jeb Halker work in the field during high school summers and join full-time after graduation. Job focuses on estimating and project management, while Jeb specializes in plastering and drywall finishing.

Paul Schroeder joins the company, playing a crucial role in launching the Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) division and assisting with office and field duties.

Founder Dave Halker retires. Field operations and scheduling are handed over to Bill Ellerbrock (Carpentry) and Jeb Halker (Plastering).

Kirby Halker joins the office team after graduating from Rhodes Community College. He takes over payroll, taxes, union fringe benefits, and manages field fire & smoke wall installations.

Paul leaves the company to pursue a full-time church ministry position after 18 years of service.
